Inclusive skincare for you

Inclusive Skincare has two approaches, a holistic approach to promote proper body function and recognizes the skin is the largest organ and best defense. We encourage ourselves toward homeostasis through massage, adequate nourishment, and products we introduce to our bodies.

Injury Rehabilitation

Black Scribble Border

Injury prevention is so important to me; we should be able to enjoy all of the fun activities of life as we age gracefully. I have trained and studied many sports and styles of dance, weight trained enough to compete, coached gymnastics for over ten years after I stopped training myself, and practiced martial arts while completing a kinesiology degree after becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic Assistant. During simple repetitive movements, this is where most injuries occur, although, through cognitive reminders, we can prevent or lessen the intensity of an injury. Through these techniques, we can massage and break up the lactic acid that has built up in the muscles, minimizing the range of motion. Tendons are the ones we need to stretch, massage, and manipulate as they do not have the same elasticity as muscles, so patience and determination are key. Injury prevention is so important to me; we should be able to enjoy all of the fun activities of life as we age gracefully.

Preventative Care

Black Scribble Border

In all the years of training, injury prevention has been at the forefront of it all. It is my priority to have the correct posture while completing any exercise. It is of the utmost importance to practice proper foot alignment, setting up the best foundation possible. It affects my core when I witness clients putting their best effort forward to find out their posture is incorrect, and instead of making progress, they are injuring themselves. The awareness of the foundation is my passion for sharing with you so that you can continue the activities you enjoy.

Prenatal Massage

Black Scribble Border

Massage can help the mom's body with all the adjustments that are taking place to make room for the baby. We can practice breathing techniques not only for use during birth but through the time in the womb. The way we perform prenatal massage changes with the months to ensure safety for both mom and their baby. The magical part about prenatal massage is that the baby reacts to the sensations the mom is feeling and is sharing with the little one. This bond is not only special and essential but it is the foundation of a baby's understanding of the need for self-care. The value is priceless.

Massage for Children

Black Scribble Border

The most wonderful part about therapy on children is the rate at which healing takes place. Children are resilient and with the proper information they can prepare and prevent injury as well as know how to manage an injury in the event one does occur. Kids respond quickly to massage therapy, jumping right on the table. With no inhibitions, they accept all the benefits quickly and easily. They are inquisitive, asking all the right questions and retaining the information for later contemplation. Tui Na Medical Massage is a clothed therapy, making it the perfect treatment for children.

Chi Nei Tsang

Black Scribble Border

Chi Nei Tsang is a therapy that primarily focuses on the organs. Through manipulation of abdominal muscles, which hold and protect our organs, this therapy encourages proper functioning by relaxing the abdominal muscles that are always engaged whether through voluntary or involuntary actions. When we experience feelings of anxiety, fear, or nervousness this can cause a voluntary response, where the abdominal muscles tighten and the breath becomes shallow and quick. Habits leading to posture can cause kinks to and from these organs, and these are the involuntary responses, this is where posture is important and tension needs to be relieved to function optimally.

Craniosacral Therapy

Black Scribble Border

CranioSacral therapy is a hands-on technique that manipulates the joints, starting where the cranium meets the spine, thoroughly down the spine to the sacrum, and then moving towards the appendicular joints for optimal performance. When the body has a kink in the hose, or what we refer to as a compromise, anywhere along the spine this leads to a compromise in the attaching muscles, nerves, organs, etc., resulting in physical and mental disharmony which manifests in the body as disease.

Be kind, be present, be inclusive.

Welcome to my wellness journey. I'm Nicole Klinicke (Klin-ski), HHP, and I am delighted to connect with you on the path to enhanced physical and mental well-being.

My approach promotes self-awareness, proper alignment, and holistic wellness through stretching, mindfulness, personal exploration, and Tui Na medical massage. Having accumulated knowledge and experience through collaborations, studies, and personal exploration, I am excited to be on your wellness team.

My fascination with the body dates back to childhood when I would eagerly follow along with movements on TV, be it calisthenics, meditation, or Tai Chi. This passion led me through dance, gymnastics, sports, and coaching. For me, dance and movement have always been a form of medicine.

At 16, I took a pivotal step in my understanding of health by becoming a Chiropractic Assistant. This experience laid the foundation for my journey into holistic studies. Certified through the Southern California University of Health Sciences, I continued my education at Mueller College of Holistic Studies, studying under the esteemed Dr. Mueller and other influential educators.

My journey expanded to include studies in Psychoenergetic Science, Japanese Zen Shiatsu, Makaho Stretches, and Western and Eastern Massage Therapy programs. Further specialization under Master Vince Black, L.Ac, with the North American Tang Shou Tao Association- deepened my understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine and martial arts.

My philosophy is simple yet profound: after we strengthen, we must lengthen. In my Jin Shou Tui Na practice through over 15,000 treatments as a Holistic Health Practitioner, I've witnessed the transformative power of addressing muscular balance for optimal function. I am a porportionist and see what imbalances are causing dis-ease; I work to put you in reverse and in proper alignment to prevent disease.

In 2003, I opened my practice in Kensington, CA, and identified a need for a stretch class. Expanding on my passion for teaching and practicing stretching and breathwork, I moved to a larger space in Banker's Hill, CA. My mission is to help others understand how to stretch effectively, preventing injuries and promoting affordability in wellness alongside my Tui Na Practice, now located in Ramona, CA.

As I continue my studies and work towards completing my Kinesiology degree, my dedication to holistic health remains unwavering. I am thrilled to share my insights with you, drawing from my early passion for movement and the profound teachings of Dr. Mueller, Dr. Tiller, and Master Vince Black, L.Ac.

Together- let's embark on a journey towards graceful, intentional, and independent aging.

How fitting, the year of the Wood Dragon, the year of flexibility!

Be kind, be present, be inclusive,
